I'm not sure if this place is good for normal medical visits. Its Emergency department was not any good for emergency/trauma medicine for sure. I came there at 11:08am and was told that emergency got closed at 11am. One nurse was nice and trying to help, and I think would help, but got shut down by her boss. So I was told to seek help elsewhere (closest hospital is in 45 min drive). Nobody checked if I had anything that required immediate attention, nobody offered me even first aid of any sort. I think if I asked a random person on the street, I'd get more help then that. So, in case of emergency, go elsewhere (Soldier's Memorial hospital in Middletown is much better choice for instance).

Really shocked at the level of disconcern at this health centre. Our daughter had stool samples taken last Friday ( 6 days ago) and we are still unable to obtain the results due to the doctor being off and the nurse refusing to give results over the phone ( despite being told over the phone she tested negative for c- dif) We are being told we have to put our poorly daughter in the car, drive her 50 minutes to the health centre to potentially be told her results were clear.... and not one person can see anything wrong with that????? We were sent away last week being told She probably has a urine infection and possibly gastroenteritis she has lost 11.5lb in two weeks and we are worried out of our minds. Having emigrated from another country recently ( a move we are seriously regretting) I can completely understand why and how the system here is completely broken! No common sense, no care, and no one in charge! My husband has JUST been told that he can get the results from our local hospital!!! Unbelievable that those results can sit on a system for three days, doctors to have been present and yet NO ONE has reviewed them yet I can drive to a hospital that has not seen my child and they can pull the results. Someone needs to be sorting this out for the people that actually have to live here ....
